About us
Jeannine Garrick and Maria Croll are not just business partners, they are friends and sisters too. Born 21 months apart, they grew up in a big Irish Catholic family with seven children, where life was always lively, sometimes chaotic, but filled with laughter and lifelong lessons. While they did not always see eye to eye as kids, those years shaped their resilience, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate anything life throws their way.
Now, as co-founders of Everly Consultants, they bring their complementary strengths together to help clients simplify and organize their lives. Their bond goes beyond business. Their children are close friends, and their husbands are too, making Everly a family driven venture built on trust, collaboration, and a shared passion for making life easier for others.

Jeannine has always been the go-to person when family and friends need help, whether it’s tackling a tricky project, figuring out tech issues, or finding the most efficient way to get things done. She brings that same problem-solving mindset and strategic approach to Everly Consultants, helping clients simplify their lives with smart, practical solutions.
In addition to co-founding Everly Consultants, Jeannine is the proud co-owner of RISE Barre and Fitness in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. As a wife and mother of three, she understands the demands of balancing a busy life and is passionate about helping others streamline their homes and schedules.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their goals, you can find her spending time with family and friends, at RISE, cheering on her favorite Philly sports teams, reading a book, or kicking back with an ice-cold beverage.
Maria Croll
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Maria has a natural talent for organization, client service, and creating efficient systems that simplify daily life. With a degree in Business Management from Loyola College, she thrives on bringing order and structure to every project she takes on.
As a wife and mom of three boys, Maria understands the demands of a busy household and the importance of maintaining balance. She is actively involved in her children’s school community and finds fulfillment in helping families create smoother, more organized routines. Her warm and accommodating nature makes her a trusted partner in providing personalized support tailored to each client’s needs.
Beyond her work with Everly, Maria embraces an active lifestyle. She enjoys taking barre classes at RISE, going for long walks, reading, and cheering on her boys at sporting events.
With her keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to helping others, Maria is passionate about making life easier, more organized, and less stressful for her clients.
